THE TOP 5 VIDEO GAMES OF 2021

5. "Deathloop"
"Deathloop" more often than not, is a blast to play. Its unique weapons and off the wall creativity is what sets this world apart from its competitors. I can confidently state that this is developer Arkane's ("Dishonored", "Prey") most ambitious and creative endeavor to date. Between its slick gameplay, layered customization and engaging banter between the main protagonist Colt and villain Julianna, there is just enough here to elevate its lackluster story. 4. "Ratchet And Clank: Rift Apart"
The "Ratchet And Clank" series has never connected with me. Its characters and often lack of adult humor has turned me off to most of the entries. However, the new "Ratchet And Clank: Rift Apart" game by Insomniac Games is something special and a showcase for the new Playstation 5. Between its gorgeous graphics, fun story, huge variety of weapons and engaging new characters, there's a wealth of content to jump into.
3. "Insurgency: Sandstorm"

2. "Death's Door"
"Death's Door" fun combat system, engaging music, and varied level design warrant a definite play through. For $20 you are receiving a solid story and whole lot of content to chew on even after the credits role. It's one of the better games this year and a true must-play for those top down "Zelda" enthusiasts. Read My Full Review Here: "Death's Door" Review
1. "Marvel's Guardians Of The Galaxy"
Amazing action, gorgeous graphics, terrific characters and a soundtrack for the ages,"Marvel's Guardians Of The Galaxy" is a giant punctuation mark on this year of gaming. A true spectacle from start to finish, other than a few hiccups along the way, there's plenty of content for any gamer to appreciate. A can't miss experience that not only ranks as the best game this year but one of the best superhero video games ever made. Read My Full Review Here: "Marvel's Guardians Of The Galaxy" Review
