"Godzilla: King Of The Monsters": Movie Review
The Warner Bros. cinematic, monster universe is now in shambles, with it's most recent release of "Godzilla: King Of The Monsters". An epic CGI failure from start to finish, "KOTM" is dark, muddy and just plain boring to watch.
After the recent events of the 2014 film, Godzilla is threatened by the emergence of new titans, Mothra, Rodan, and the three headed lizard, King Ghidorah.
With some top level actors (Vera Farmiga, Sally Hawkins) and an iconic monster that has transcended generations, the final product is a sad excuse for a summer blockbuster. Ugly CGI fights and awful dialogue are just the surface of it's offerings.
With "Godzilla vs. Kong" next year, fans can only cross their fingers and pray that it doesn't get any worse then this.
