Avengers: Infinity War-Movie Review
Marvels films are a model of consistancy. Even the lows such as "Ant Man" or "Spiderman: Homecoming" have there moments. But "Avengers: Inifinity War" hits one of the worst lows in the universes long term success.
The plot is simple, the Marvel heroes come together to stop the evil Thanos, sacrifcing a plot, for a nauseating amount of characters.
Unlike the brilliant "Captain America: Civil War", "Infinity War" dumbs everything down for the mainstream audiences. It's not smart nor funny, and at 150 minutes long, it's extremely tedious. The Russo Brothers (who directed the two previous Captain America films) know how to handle the universe, but play it frustratingly safe and boring.
But it's the last 25 minutes that saves the film from being a total disaster. Intelligent, and dramatically involving, it's almost as if someone new directed it entirely. Disappointing in almost all aspects, "Infinity War" is the decline of movie making, and a mind numbing cash in for the Hollywood elites. How disappointing it is.
